KLMC was founded by Kevin L. Martin, C.E.T. in 1991 to provide technical advisory and architectural design services to First Nations clients in Ontario. Kevin then founded FNESL in 1995, hiring Craig Baker as General Manager and chief engineer. Kevin remained sole owner of FNESL until 2023 and President until 2025. He remains sole owner and President of KLMC.
