Since 1996, Stephen has played an important role in the development of the firm. Over the last 30 years he has gained invaluable engineering experience with the water supply and wastewater servicing industry. He has served as the lead water and wastewater treatment process designer and is therefore conversant with all applicable regulations, standards and guidelines. Stephen also recently coordinated and lead the transition of the drafting team from two dimensional drafting to 3D designs.

Justin Gee is a Six Nations of the Grand River member. He has worked with First Nations Engineering Services Ltd. since 1998, and has his professional engineering designation in Ontario, British Columbia, and Manitoba. His engineering experience has been concentrated in the water and wastewater industry. He is also a registered professional planner with the Canadian Institute of Planning and the Ontario Institute of Planners.
