Since 1996, Stephen has played an important role in the development of the firm. Over the last 30 years he has gained invaluable engineering experience with the water supply and wastewater servicing industry. He has served as the lead water and wastewater treatment process designer and is therefore conversant with all applicable regulations, standards and guidelines. Stephen also recently coordinated and lead the transition of the drafting team from two dimensional drafting to 3D designs.
