The company's commitment to Aboriginal professionals has enabled us to attract and retain a highly qualified and motivated staff with many years of expertise in the private and public sectors. We are pleased that the majority of our staff are of Aboriginal ancestry, currently 29 of our 40 staff members are of Aboriginal ancestry, including 5 professional engineers and 1 engineer-in-training.
One of our native engineers is also a registered professional planner (RPP) with the Canadian Institute of Planners.
Our professional engineers and support staff are dedicated to providing practical and innovative solutions to satisfy our client's engineering needs. We continuously upgrade our staff's technical and management skills through in-house training sessions, seminars, conferences and training courses offered through area post-secondary institutions.
